Welcome to the Triple Nine Society

The Triple Nine Society is committed to friendship, communication, the adventure of intellectual exploration, and a greater realization of individual potentials. The guiding principles of the Society are democracy, collegiality, respect for diverse philosophies, and openness to innovation and evolution.

Triple Nine Society members come from diverse educational, ethnic, cultural and political backgrounds, and our geographic distribution spans 45 US jurisdictions and 40 countries. Our singular commonality lies in our all having scored 99.9th percentile or above on a test of adult intelligence, e.g., GMAT, MAT, Stanford-Binet, Wechsler, HAWIE, etc. (see our Admissions page for a full list and qualifying scores). Our members' continual access to others who share their own great intellectual strengths provides unique opportunities for mentorship in both educational and business settings, for personal and interpersonal growth, and for social-emotional self-actualization, not readily available outside the Society.

Triple Nine Society enjoys 501(c)(7) tax-exempt status. We provide a plethora of opportunities for socializing, networking and sharing our different philosophies in collegial settings. We hold annual gatherings in the US (ggg999) and Europe (egg999). Our $10 yearly dues includes access to an online interactive Member Map that enables informal in-person meetings at home and when traveling; access to interactive groups on Facebook, Yahoo!, and LinkedIn; real-time chat channels; special members-only discounts on car rental and motel/hotel reservations, and our bimonthly journal, Vidya, which serves as a medium for communicating ideas and informing members of upcoming events and opportunities.
